We did a thing… actually, we did several things. Rolled out new features, made a few updates, and now we’re here to tell you about it.

Introducing the Library of Templates

If you’ve been longing for your writing process to have a well-defined structure, with all the elements falling in place at a more rapid pace, we’ve got just the thing for you.

In addition to creating custom templates, you can now start from some blog templates that we’ve curated. You can read all about it on our blog post, Top 8 Blog Post Templates to Fuel Your Writing Process.

A Spanking-New Inline Comment Support

We understand the frustration that comes with having to collaborate with teams and colleagues to work on projects. To that effect, we’ve rolled out full support for inline comments in blog posts and content outlines.

An example of how you can insert inline comments

All you need to do is:

  1. Highlight a piece of text.
  2. Click on the comment button to open up the comments pane.
  3. You can also view all active and resolved comments by clicking on the comments button up top.

Now you can streamline feedback between editors and writers.

Keyword Research Tool

Never start writing a post for SEO without performing some keyword research. By understanding how to get to their target audience and keep their website ranking up. So, we launched our very own keyword research tool for this purpose.

Learn what people are searching for before picking topics to write

With this new feature, you can:

  • Learn how many people are searching for a specific keyword or phrase every month
  • Figure out the approximate difficulty to get your article to rank on the first page for that term
  • Understand the cost of buying the same click via paid Google ads
  • How search volume for the term is trending
  • View the number of backlinks to top pages on Google

That’s all for today, peeps!

You’re always welcome to give us feedback. Reach us at or DM us on Twitter.

Until next time!
