When we started, we were selling a different product. In the process of building pipeline, we mastered new ways of selling through relationships, so much so that our customers started asking us for help.
We began by asking,"What makes buyers want to talk to you?" and reverse-engineered it.
Two things came to light:
1. Most teams treat booking meetings as a volume game: more reps, more calls, more emails, more ad spend. It’s expensive and has diminishing returns.
2. 99% of companies don't have visibility into what's working - messaging or signals wise. Their best reps are magicians as far as they know.
The solution:
1. Complete the data picture - we give you visibility into the DMs and quips from closed-won that booked revenue. So you know what works.
2. We try to make those reproducible by automating playbooks on your highest intent signals. We have some out of the best ones out of the box by monitoring your competitors and past customers, but can also dive deep with you to build out custom signals.
