Josh Breslin and his team over at Pawapay had hit a period of growth, and wanted to continue the trend.

Josh believed that getting in front of buyers through social selling on LinkedIn was a viable strategy in acheiving this — but the initial volume of posts from the team was not where he had hoped it to be to facilitate that "hockeystick upwards".

Letterdrop facilitates insight into contact-level visitors. Josh was able to use that kind of data to win over not one, but three of four "must-win" accounts.


The Letterdrop trigger that reminded me in Slack meant that I then reached out to [customer], dropped them some kind of interesting information, and now we kind of are in late stage discussions about running a pilot.
